All Mahindra cars to get petrol variants from 2018

Mahindra & Mahindra, the Indian biggest UV maker is planning to introduce the petrol versions of all Mahindra models from 2018. Each and every product will have the petrol variants in the coming years and the company is working on the new petrol engines, according to Pawan Goenka, ED of M&M.

Mahindra XUV 500 automatic and TUV 300 to launch in South Africa

The homegrown utility vehicle maker, Mahindra has been confirmed that the XUV 500 automatic and TUV 300 models will introduce in the South African market by October 2016. The information is directly announced by Sajoy Gupta, CEO of Mahindra South Africa to the CAR magazine. As per the information, the XUV 500 automatic versions will launch in South Africa as soon as possible, but the Mahindra TUV 300 compact SUV will introduce in September or October 2016.

Mahindra & Mahindra sales increased 14% in July 2016

Mahindra & Mahindra, the utility vehicle manufacturer, announced its last month (July) sales reports and reported that it has a growth of 14 percent in total sales. M&M sold a total of 39,458 units in July 2016, whereas the year-ago period accounts for 34,652 units.

Mahindra Develops Left Hand Drive Variant of KUV 100

With the report from Economic Times, the biggest utility vehicle maker has been developed the LHD (Left Hand Drive) variant of the KUV 100 compact vehicle. This new variant is specially developed for Hungary, one of the Mahindra’s export markets.

Mahindra Introduced Two New Features in XUV 500 Automatic

Mahindra XUV 500 is the best and popular SUV from the domestic utility vehicle manufacturer and now introduced with the two additional features. The top end variant, W10 automatic comes with the start & stop push button system and passive keyless entry. The two features won’t be offered in the W8 automatic variant of the Mahindra XUV 500.

Mahindra launched Scorpio Intelli-Hybrid at Rs. 12.84 lakhs

The utility vehicle maker, Mahindra has been launched the Scorpio Intelli-Hybrid version based on the top-end variant, Scorpio S10 2WD. The Scorpio hybrid version is priced at Rs. 12.84 lakh in ex-showroom of Navi Mumbai. The new Scorpio model has reduced its fuel consumption by up to 7 percent and continued with the same diesel engine of 2.2L mHawk, which is paired to the standard manual gearbox.

Mahindra Working on New TUV 500 MPV

Report from GaadiWaadi, Mahindra is working on the new multi-purpose vehicle, which will be named as the Mahindra TUV 500. Mahindra’s new car has been spied at the Chennai outskirts with the fully covered exterior, but the front profile is partially exposed. The new MPV is expected to be replaced the existing Xylo vehicle with the additional cosmetic touches and tech based features.

All new Mahindra SUV receives SsangYong X100 platform

Mahindra has confirmed that the upcoming all-new sport utility vehicle is developed based on the South Korean manufacturer’s SsangYong X100 platform. This report directly announced by Dr Pawan Goenka, ED of Mahindra (Automotive) in front of the reporters. The same X100 platform underpins in the upcoming SsangYong Tivoli, which is expected to be launched in the Indian market soon.

Mahindra Bolero compact SUV (U108) to launch in 2016

Mahinda Bolero is well accepted as the best-selling and most popular SUV in the Indian market with its an iconic design language, rigid body structure and performance. Now, the utility manufacturer is planning to launch the popular Bolero in the sub-4metre SUV segment to continue the standard brand name in the market. The reports indicated that the sub-4metre Bolero could be coded as U108 and it is likely to be launched sometime in this year.

SsangYong Tivoli (Mahindra Tivoli) Spied in Chennai

The Korean manufacturer’s SsangYong Tivoli has been spotted with the totally covered exterior in Chennai for the performance testing. The compact SUV has already showcased in the Indian market at the Delhi Auto Expo 2016 along with the Mahindra cars. A few months back, Mahindra has confirmed that the company is evaluating the launch of the Tivoli in the Indian market.
