Mahindra domestic sales up 15% in August 2016

Mahindra & Mahindra, the UV maker has registered the sales growth of 15 percent in the last month by the sales of 36,944 vehicles. Mahindra’s sales were stood at 32,122 units during the corresponding month of the previous year. Mahindra has exported a total of 3,647 vehicles, including passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles, in the previous month and received the 4 percent of growth in exports.

Mahindra continues the 1.99-litre engine SUVs in NCR/Delhi

As per the latest news from Economic Times, Mahindra will continue the 1.99-litre diesel engine SUVs, XUV 500 and Scorpio, in Delhi/NCR after the judgement of the Supreme Court regarding the lifting of heavy diesel vehicle’s registration.

As of now, Mahindra has introduced this DigiSense mobile or web based platform for commercial vehicles and construction equipment. Later, Mahindra will add the passenger cars in the mobile based platform.

Mahindra e2o 4-door electric car spied in Bangalore

Report from Team-Bhp, the four-door model of Mahindra e2o has been spied at near to the Reva’s facility in Bommasandra, in Bangalore. Images have been captured by the famous auto blogger and the model is spied with the heavily covered body. It may be production specific model and the 4-door electric car is expected to be introduced by the end of 2017.

Mahindra begins working on world’s affordable electric SUV; it might be KUV 100 electric

Report from Economic Times, Mahindra has announced that the company will introduce the world’s most affordable electric car with the compact SUV platform in the EV segment. Mahindra Reva, the electric unit of the largest carmaker, is working on the global-specific electric SUV, which was codenamed as S107.  

Mahindra’s SsangYong launched Tivoli XLV in the UK

Mahindra’s owned South Korean company, SsangYong has been launched the Tivoli XLV in the UK market at £ 18,250 OTR, equal to Rs 16.06 lakhs. The SsangYong Tivoli, which was named as SsangYong Tivoli Air in the South Korean market. The extended Tivoli is available in four models with single diesel fuel type, manual 2WD, auto 2WD, manual 4X4 and auto 4X4.

Mahindra introduced Bronze Green colored TUV 300 in India

The best-selling Mahindra TUV 300 is now offered with the new exterior color option of Bronze Green (Army Green) in the Indian market. This new color car will be offered on a made to order basis in the domestic market. In fact, the Army Green colored has been unveiled a few months back but, the company has not declared it as an official color option.

Mahindra recalled Rexton in India to rectify rear driveshaft issue

Mahindra has recalled its owned company’s product, SsangYong Rexton in India to rectify the problem of rear driveshaft, but the company has not disclosed the number of units affected. The Rexton models manufactured before September 2016 are going to check whether there is any possibility of torque loss in the rear driveshaft or not.
