Mahindra – Ssangyong works on new petrol engine and two new models

Economic Times reported that Mahindra & Mahindra and its owned company Ssangyong are working on the new models for the Indian market. There was a critical gap in Mahindra’s petrol portfolio after developing the new engines, including the petrol engines so that both companies are working on the two new models, which will introduce in the two different segments.

Mahindra e-Supro electric vehicle launched in India at Rs. 8.45Lakhs

Mahindra & Mahindra has launched the Supro van in electric variants at the price tag of Rs. 8.45 lakhs in ex-showroom of Delhi. The electric variant of the Supro van has been announced as the Mahindra e-Supro van, which is offered in two different variants, such as Cargo van and Passenger variant.

Mahindra Supro Electric to Launch on October 6, 2016

Mahindra has announced that it plans to launch the first electric van, Mahindra Supro Electric in the Indian market on 6th October 2016. The Mahindra e Supro will be available in passenger-carrying and cargo variants for the customers. The passenger-carrying variant of the Supro electric has been disclosed at the motor show of the 2016 Auto Expo in Delhi.

Mahindra Sales Increased to 8% in September 2016

Mahindra, the country’s top SUV manufacturer has announced its sales performance report for the month of September 2016. The company has sold 46,130 vehicles and represented a growth of 8 percent compared to the year-ago month sales of 42,848 units. In the first half of this fiscal year ended on September 30, the company has gained the double-digit growth of 11% with the new Mahindra range.

Mahindra e2o (4-door) to launch in this month

The biggest UV carmaker has been introduced the 2-door small hatchback, Mahindra e2o which is fully driven by the electric drive system. Currently, Mahindra is working on the four-door version of the Mahindra e2o, which will most probably schedule to launch in this month (October 2016). The production-ready models of four-door version have been spied on the roads for several times with the exterior cover.

Mahindra Scorpio 1.99L now available with Intelli-Hybrid

According to the fresh reports, the Mahindra Scorpio 1.99L is now offered with the Intelli-Hybrid system and the model is expected to cost around Rs. 9.35lakhs on the base variant in ex-showroom of Delhi. Mahindra Scorpio 1.99-litre is especially available in the Delhi and NCR regions due to the ban of over 2000cc diesel vehicle’s registration.

Mahindra’s Ssangyong Rexton to showcase in Paris

The South Korean based company, Ssangyong has planned to showcase the new SUV concept (LIV2) at the upcoming Paris motor show, which will open the doors in the next month. The upcoming SUV will be offered with the limitless interface, customary high bonnet for the great SUV look, hexagonal grille with the horizontal slats and LED headlamps.

Mahindra e2o 4-door spotted for testing in Bangalore

According to the images from the Team-BHP, the upcoming Mahindra e2o 4-door model has been spotted with the partially covered body on the Bangalore’s outer ring road. The 4-door Mahindra e2o is primarily designed for the European market and reported to launch in the Indian market before the end of 2016.

Mahindra Launched Sub-4m Bolero Power+ at Rs. 6.59 Lakhs

Mahindra, the utility vehicle manufacturer has been launched the new sub-4metre Mahindra Bolero in the Indian market at the opening price tag of Rs. 6.59 lakhs. The sub-4metre Bolero is introduced as the Mahindra Bolero Power+ and offered in three grades, SLE, SLX and ZLX. The higher variant Bolero Power+ ZLX costs Rs. 7.57 lakhs in ex-showroom Mumbai.

Mahindra XUV 500 mild hybrid to hit the market in 6-12 months

Economic Times reported that the largest utility vehicle manufacturer, Mahindra will introduce the mild hybrid system in its best-selling SUV of Mahindra XUV 500. The mild hybrid version of the XUV 500 will reach the Indian showrooms in coming 6 to 12 months.
