Vitara Brezza is second highest selling UV in April 2016

The Vitara Brezza is the new car from Maruti Suzuki and achieved as the second highest selling UV in the last month, according to the SIAM’s released data. The Indian carmaker sold 7,832 units of the Brezza compact SUV and crossed Mahindra’s highest selling SUVs, Bolero, Scorpio and XUV 500. The Mahindra Bolero is the third best-selling UV with the sales of 5,785 units and declined by 34 percent from 8,729 units in April 2015.

Indian automotive industry gets positive start up in this fiscal

The domestic automotive industry has a positive start-up in this financial year with the highest sales of passenger and commercial vehicles. The overall passenger vehicles segment reported a growth of 11.04 percent in the last month as compared to the same period of last year. In the passenger vehicle segment, the passenger car sales increased by 1.87 percent with the sales of 1,62,566 units in the last month as against 1,59,588 units in April 2015.

Highest selling cars in April 2016; Alto gets top 1 position

The companies have been released the sales reports of the last month and according to these reports, most of the automakers posted the positive growth rate in the market. When to compare the sales of passenger cars in April 2016, the list of top 10 high selling cars is almost similar to the previous months.

Car Sales Increased to 6% in August over the Domestic Market; SIAM Reported

In Indian market, all range of car sales increased to 6% in the August month with new products and the domestic automotive industry has recovered up to some extent in the last month by selling 1,63,093 units of cars. While the companies in Indian auto market sold 1,53, 781 units in the August, 2014 with limited and less demanding of products.

Mahindra & Mahindra and Ashok Leyland Sales Rise in August, 2015

Mahindra reported that it has grown with an increase of 1.29 percent in the last month, August by the sales of 35,634 vehicles. In the same way, Ashok Leyland posted 39 percent growth in August, 2015 by the sales of 11,544 all range vehicles.
