Job Description: To lead a team of Sales Consultants / Officers to promote sales to individual and institutional customers.  The job will also involve organizing customer meets & events, implementing aggressive sales & promotional strategies to achieve assigned targets in a highly competitive environment, exploring business opportunities with wide market coverage / innovative sales initiatives and building customer rapport. There will be tremendous scope, based on performance, for career advancement and to take up challenging sales assignments like heading branch sales, handling key customer accounts, etc.

Qualification:  Engineers / Graduates / Engineering Diploma.  Additional Management qualification will be an advantage.

Age:  28 – 32 years

Experience:  6 - 10 years of sales & marketing experience in a reputed organization of which 2 – 3 years should be in a supervisory capacity.  Effective communication, proven leadership qualities and pleasing personality are essential.  Experience in automotive industry and direct selling will be an advantage.
