As the biggest maker, Ashok Leyland has been registered the emerging sales from the last three months. Of course, the percentage of company sales has declined in the last month compared to the January 2016 month as the sales have decreased to 13,403 units from 13,886 units in January 2016.
Due to the temporary registration ban of heavy vehicles, which is the scheme ended by March 30 in the NCR region, the CV maker has witnessed the slow sales. Moreover, compare the same duration (from January to February) in the last year, this year sales of tippers and buses have improved. Ashok Leyland expected that the sales of buses and trucks are to be increased in the coming months like the last two months.
