Manufacturers was incorporated on 1st December 1948
and took up the Dealership of world renowned Leyland
Motors, U.K., whose vehicles were imported on C.K.D.
conditions and assembled at Kurla Works of
Automotive. Ashok Motors, India collaborated with
Leyland Motors, U.K. to form Ashok Leyland in 1954.
Ashok Leyland was the first franchise of Automotive
at Kurla, Mumbai. At present the Company holds
Franchises of Vehicles manufactured by :-
Ashok Leyland.
Mahindra & Mahindra.
Maruti Udyog Ltd.
Kobelco.
The Company is
spread over to 22 Branches in 3 States of India, :- viz
1.Andhra Pradesh.
2.Gujarat.
3.Maharashtra.
Each of the Branches has Full
fledged Sales, Administration, Accounts & Computer
sections along with Workshop which is manned by
skilled employees with the latest Mechanical &
Electronic Equipments.
The Significant, Rapid &
Steady Progress is the result of the Foresight &
Meticulous Systems laid down by the Founder Chairman
late Shri Manubhai Sanghvi. Currently the company
